All wagers placed on the mufc888 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the product or market being used, including but not limited to sports betting rules, live casino game rules, slot game rules, and e-sports betting rules. General betting conditions applicable to all products include:

• Once confirmed, bets may not be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn except where explicitly permitted by the applicable product rules (e.g., cash-out feature where available).
• mufc888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published or accepted in error, including pricing errors, data feed errors, or system faults.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game result, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, Asian Football Confederation, UFC, EPL) shall be final.
• For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other sports markets, betting lines and odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. The odds applicable to a bet are fixed at the time the bet is confirmed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mufc888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person to do so;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or manipulation of sports or game outcomes;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, or using the Platform for money laundering;
• Sharing Account access credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your Account;

mufc888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your financial institution;

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than fraud or a breach of these Terms, any confirmed real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to verification requirements.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned following completion of any outstanding withdrawal requirements.

• Any decision made in reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorised Account access attributable to your own negligence.

Nothing in this Section limits mufc888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mufc888 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree first to attempt resolution through mufc888's internal customer support and dispute escalation process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
